Gaza's humanitarian crisis: A devastating toll
The death toll in the Gaza Strip has tragically reached 48,319, while the number of injured has surpassed 111,749 since the onset of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023. These statistics reflect the horrific toll that the people of Gaza have endured over the course of several months of ongoing violence and conflict.
Medical sources in Gaza confirmed these alarming figures on Thursday, detailing the immense human suffering resulting from the Israeli military operations in the region. The majority of the victims are women and children, highlighting the disproportionate impact of the aggression on vulnerable populations.
