Crédit du Maroc: AMMC approves subordinated bond issue prospectus

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has approved the prospectus for a subordinated bond issuelaunched by Crédit du Maroc, with a total amount of 1 billion dirhams and a 10-year maturity.

The subscription period is scheduled from October 20 to 22, 2025. The bond issue is divided into two unlisted tranches:

  • Tranche A, with a fixed rate, is pegged to the 10-year Treasury bond rate published by Bank Al-Maghrib on October 16, 2025, and includes a risk premium ranging from 70 to 85 basis points.
  • Tranche B, with a variable rate, will be revised annually based on the 52-week monetary rate, increased by a margin between 65 and 80 basis points.

This issue aims to strengthen the bank’s long-term financing structure and support its growth strategy within the Moroccan financial market.
