The Grand Mosque of Paris has revealed, this Monday, April 8, 2024, the date of Aïd el-Fitr. It will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
In a statement, the Grand Mosque indicated that the commission was unable to observe the new moon. Therefore, it affirmed that the celebration will take place this Wednesday. It is noteworthy that "to accommodate the expected large attendance," two prayers will be organized: one at 7:30 and another at 8:15 (French time).
