The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and the Argan Tree (ANDOZA) has spearheaded a remarkable initiative, creating thousands of jobs while also mitigating the effects of climate change through its dedicated efforts.
At the heart of this endeavor are women's cooperatives, a tapestry of diverse backgrounds united by a common goal: harnessing the power of the argan tree to forge a path toward financial independence. From May 8 to 12, these remarkable cooperatives took center stage at the International Argan Tree Symposium in Agadir, showcasing their unique argan oil products to a captivated audience under the high patronage of King Mohammed VI.

Hailing from Agadir, Haddi's life has been forever transformed by her involvement in the argan industry, protecting her from societal obstacles and enabling her to invest in her children's education.
Under the visionary leadership of Jamila Idbourouss, UCFA has taken a groundbreaking step by launching the online platform Tissaliwine, connecting these skilled artisans directly with a global market.
