SRM Casablanca-Settat restores 7/24 mobile app with expanded digital services
Customers of SRM Casablanca-Settat can once again access the company’s 7/24 mobile application, following technical upgrades designed to improve the reliability and continuity of its digital services.
The restored platform gives users access to essential water and electricity services directly from their mobile devices. Among the functions now available are online bill consultation and payment, allowing customers to manage their accounts without having to visit a customer service point.
The return of the application comes as regional utility providers increasingly expand remote services, giving consumers greater control over routine administrative and payment procedures.
A broader range of services available remotely
Beyond billing, the 7/24 application provides customers with tools to monitor their water and electricity consumption and consult information related to their contracts.
Users can also initiate several administrative procedures through the platform, including subscription and termination requests. The application further enables customers to report technical incidents, submit complaints and monitor the progress of their requests remotely.
These features are intended to streamline interactions between the regional utility company and its customers while reducing the need for in-person procedures.
Nearly three million contracts covered in Greater Casablanca
For now, access to the 7/24 application is limited to customers in Greater Casablanca. The current coverage corresponds to approximately 2.9 million water and electricity contracts, representing nearly 56% of the 5.2 million contracts managed by SRM Casablanca-Settat.
The figures underline the scale of the digital service within the company’s customer network, while also highlighting the scope of the planned expansion.
Expansion planned across the Casablanca-Settat region
SRM Casablanca-Settat is preparing to extend the mobile application to customers throughout the Casablanca-Settat Region. The project is currently being developed with the objective of making the platform’s digital services accessible across the company’s entire geographical area.
Until that expansion is completed, customers who do not yet have access to the application can contact the company’s customer relations center.
The service can be reached at 05 22 31 20 20, with assistance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for information requests, incident reports and complaints.
