Anouar Sabri outlines new vision at Les Impériales Week

At the opening of the 8th edition of Les Impériales Week, Anouar Sabri, founding president of  "Les Impériales" association, shared his insights on this year's theme "The Paradigm Shift – Business. People. Tech." Speaking exclusively to Walaw, Sabri emphasized how this theme resonates beyond the communication industry to impact broader socioeconomic dynamics in Morocco and globally.

"Today, we're launching the 8th edition of Les Impériales Week, and we've chosen a specific theme: the Paradigm Shift. This theme, central to current concerns, has sparked numerous reactions as it reflects the profound transformations we're experiencing. These changes extend beyond our sector or Morocco – they affect the entire world," Sabri stated.

He elaborated that these transformations transcend the communication industry, touching all socioeconomic stakeholders. Rather than viewing these changes as mere challenges, Sabri positioned them as unique opportunities to reimagine economic and social models.

The initiative focuses on three fundamental axes. First, it examines new economic models that are transforming traditional practices and necessitating strategic reinvention. Second, it emphasizes the crucial role of human resources in these transitions, with Sabri noting, "Talent must be at the heart of these transformations, as human capital is essential for ensuring a successful transition." Third, it recognizes technology as the primary driver of change, with Sabri observing, "Technology is omnipresent and stands as the very essence of these transformations. It profoundly influences our lives, our professions, and our interactions."

Speaking about the future of Les Impériales Week, Sabri shared his vision: "Our ambition extends beyond observing trends. We want to debate, discuss, and analyze these changes to draw concrete lessons. The goal is to provide professionals with the necessary tools to thrive in this constantly evolving environment."

This exclusive statement from Anouar Sabri reflects the broader ambition of Les Impériales Week: not only to contemplate ongoing transformations but to inspire concrete and sustainable solutions, positioning Morocco at the heart of global communication and innovation challenges.
