Shaikh Sabah conveyed greetings on behalf of Advisor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, President of the Constitutional Court, and underscored the collaborative relationship between the Court and Bahrain’s Shura Council, the hosting body for the Moroccan delegation.
During the visit, the delegation explored the Constitutional Court’s operational framework, gaining insight into its procedures for resolving constitutional disputes and the foundational principles that guide its rulings.
