‘Wafira’ program empowers Moroccan women through circular migration partnership with Spain
Spain’s Minister of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration, Elma Saiz, has praised the collaborative efforts between Morocco and Spain in advancing circular migration, particularly through the innovative “Wafira” program.
