Work-life balance: A key to stable and dignified employment
On the occasion of International Women's Day, the NGO AIDA, in partnership with FDLF-Larache, ARFEDEC, ATED, 100% MAMANS, and UAF-Tanger, is launching the awareness campaign "Work-Life Balance: Key to Stable and Dignified Employment." This initiative aims to engage all relevant stakeholders in adapting working conditions to the specific realities of women, positioning this adaptation as a crucial lever to ensure stable and dignified employment. The campaign is part of the "Avançons Ensemble II: Promoting the Professional Integration of Vulnerable Women in Northern Morocco" project, which is funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and led by AIDA in collaboration with the above-mentioned associations.
