Morocco is intensifying efforts to solidify its position as a prime investment destination by targeting key Asian markets. From November 25 to 29, Karim Zidane, Morocco’s Minister of Investment, is leading a delegation to Japan and South Korea to attract foreign investment and foster economic collaboration.

This initiative is part of the "Morocco Now" campaign, a strategic effort to position Morocco as a sustainable and globally competitive hub for trade and business. The campaign highlights Morocco’s advantageous location, burgeoning industries, and ambitious green energy projects.

During the Tokyo and Seoul roadshows, the Moroccan delegation will engage with investors and officials, presenting opportunities in key sectors such as automotive, aviation, electronics, and agriculture. The events, scheduled for November 25 in Tokyo and November 28 in Seoul, will emphasize Morocco’s capacity to serve as a gateway for international trade and a platform for sustainable investments.

The roadshow is being organized in collaboration with the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE). Through this initiative, Morocco aims to establish new partnerships and unlock business opportunities that align with its vision for economic growth and sustainability.

By strengthening ties with Japan and South Korea, Morocco seeks to diversify its investment sources and leverage its strategic position as a bridge between Africa, Europe, and Asia.

This ambitious outreach underlines Morocco's commitment to fostering international collaboration and securing a pivotal role in the global trade landscape.
