Geely Emgrand: A new standard of automotive refinement arrives in Morocco

The Moroccan automotive market welcomes an exceptional sedan: the Geely Emgrand, a model that subtly combines stately design, interior comfort, and advanced safety features. Unveiled by the Chinese manufacturer Geely, this newcomer stands out with its meticulously crafted offering aimed at customers seeking a serene driving experience and sophisticated style.

From the first glance, the Emgrand commands attention with its fluid silhouette, characterized by a bold grille and sleek LED headlights that highlight a confident gaze. The side profile, accentuated by alloy wheels, gives the sedan a balanced look that merges elegance with robustness. At the rear, sequential LED taillights complete this impression of modernity.

Inside, refinement takes center stage. The spacious cabin is designed to provide a pleasant travel experience. Premium materials, meticulous finishes, thoughtfully arranged storage, automatic climate control, and effective sound insulation all contribute to creating a soothing atmosphere. The foldable rear bench and acoustic comfort enhance this high-end ambiance.

Under the hood, the Geely Emgrand features a 1.5L engine producing 122 horsepower, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. This combination promises a smooth drive, ideal for both urban environments and long distances. The calibrated suspension and advanced soundproofing ensure constant stability and appreciated serenity.

Safety, a fundamental pillar of this model, receives particular attention. The vehicle's structure utilizes high-strength steel to better absorb impacts, while up to six airbags enhance passenger protection. Isofix attachments facilitate the secure installation of child seats.

In terms of finishes, Geely offers two carefully differentiated versions. The Premium version, starting at 191,900 dirhams, caters to those seeking a good compromise between aesthetics and functionality. It includes 16-inch wheels, front and rear LED lights, an 8-inch central display with Mirror Link, a rearview camera, parking sensors, and a keyless entry system. Three driving modes (Eco, Comfort, Sport) allow drivers to adjust the vehicle’s behavior according to their preferences.

The Luxe version, a higher-end model, elevates comfort and distinction. It adds a sunroof, 17-inch wheels, an electrically adjustable driver's seat, faux leather trims, and dual digital displays: a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a digital cluster of the same size. Electrically foldable mirrors and six speakers complete this premium environment.

With the Emgrand, Geely aims to establish itself in the Moroccan market, which is in search of accessible, modern, and reliable alternatives. Driven by an ambitious international expansion strategy, the Chinese group strengthens its presence in Morocco by focusing on a product that is both attractive, safe, and elegant.
