Moroccan international footballer Ismael Saibari has publicly criticised Air Arabia, accusing the airline’s staff of showing a lack of respect towards customers in a sharply worded post shared on Instagram.

The midfielder, who represents Morocco’s national team, expressed his frustration in an Instagram story, describing the carrier in highly critical terms and questioning the conduct of some of its employees.

In his post, Saibari called Air Arabia “the worst airline in the world” and alleged that its staff repeatedly failed to treat passengers with the respect they deserved. He also criticised what he characterised as incompetence and a lack of consideration for customers.

A Public Complaint Without Further Details

The footballer’s comments quickly drew attention because of their direct and unusually forceful tone. However, Saibari did not explain what prompted the outburst, leaving the circumstances behind his complaint unclear.

He provided no specific information about a flight, a booking, an alleged incident involving airline personnel or the nature of the difficulties he said he had experienced. As a result, the precise basis for his criticism cannot be established from the information available in his post.

Air Arabia Faces Public Scrutiny

Saibari’s intervention places the airline under public scrutiny, at least among audiences following the Moroccan footballer on social media. His comments focus on customer relations and the importance of respectful treatment, issues that can significantly influence passengers’ perceptions of an airline.

Nevertheless, the allegations remain Saibari’s own account. Without further details or additional information from the company, the circumstances surrounding his criticism remain unverified.

For now, the player has made his dissatisfaction clear, but the reasons behind his reaction remain unknown.
