In a message celebrating its first anniversary, AI Crafters, a Casablanca-based training center, expressed pride in its accomplishments and committed to expanding its specialized training programs. The company's statement had a tone of achievement and ambition, reinforcing its dedication to using AI for societal and environmental progress.

AI Crafters highlighted its achievement of training 3,000 individuals through "intensive and interactive programs" during its first year. The company also noted its collaborations with over 20 firms from various regions, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UAE, Nigeria, France, and Belgium. This global outreach demonstrates AI Crafters' tailored approach to meeting clients' needs while considering technological, social, and environmental factors.

Emphasizing the ethical imperative of AI adoption, the statement stressed the importance of implementing AI "fairly, inclusively, and ethically." As the world moves toward a more digitized economy, AI Crafters advocated for augmenting human intelligence with AI while upholding "values of humanity, solidarity, sharing, and respect" to ensure AI serves life and society.

Looking to the future, AI Crafters announced plans to broaden its specialized training programs and integrate AI more deeply into the strategic processes of companies and institutions. The company aims to extend its reach by focusing on critical sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education, reflecting its commitment to fostering progress through innovation.

The statement also noted recent leadership appointments, including Nihal Djebli as Managing Director and board member, and Hassan Charaf as a board member. These appointments, according to the company, "mark the beginning of a development and scalability strategy," indicating ambitious growth plans.

While acknowledging the industry's enthusiasm for AI adoption, AI Crafters cautioned about the perceived unpreparedness of Moroccan professionals to thrive in an AI-dominated world. Citing a recent study by Morocco's High Authority for Audiovisual Communication, the statement revealed that 67% of audiovisual, creative, and marketing professionals surveyed felt unprepared to adapt quickly to the AI revolution, highlighting the need for comprehensive training and upskilling initiatives.

As AI Crafters celebrates its first anniversary, its message strikes a balance between recognizing achievements and setting ambitious goals for the future, positioning the company as a driving force in preparing professionals and organizations to harness the transformative power of AI responsibly and ethically.
