Yango Ride launches global “Yango Cares” initiative to support drivers beyond the road
Yango Ride has expanded its commitment to drivers worldwide with the launch of the global “Yango Cares” initiative, a long-term program designed to enhance the lives of partner drivers beyond their work. Central to the initiative is Driver Dream, a community-focused program that addresses drivers’ everyday needs, including health, family well-being, and financial stability.
The program’s latest phase introduces practical support, gifts, events, and contests to celebrate drivers’ contributions. Examples of assistance include helping a driver purchase his own car for greater independence, and providing medical glasses to 25 drivers to improve vision, safety, and overall comfort.
“At Yango Ride, we see drivers not only as partners but as people with responsibilities, families, and ambitions,” said Amine Najim, Head of Operations, Yango Morocco. “Driver Dream represents our commitment to investing in their health, financial stability, and family well-being.”
Launched earlier this year, Driver Dream builds on real stories from the driver community. One beneficiary shared how the program provided stability and hope while supporting his young family. By listening to drivers and addressing tangible needs, Yango Ride fosters a human-centered ecosystem where drivers feel valued and supported.
The initiative reflects Yango Group’s broader mission to combine technology and social responsibility. Operating across 30+ countries in Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, Yango offers digital services tailored to local communities, aiming to bridge global innovation with everyday life.
