Dassault Aviation unveils Falcon 10X long-range business jet
Dassault Aviation has introduced its newest long-range business jet, the Dassault Falcon 10X, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to compete in the high-end private aviation market.
The aircraft was officially presented at the manufacturer’s facility in Mérignac, near Bordeaux in France. The unveiling ceremony gathered industry partners, suppliers and potential customers interested in the next generation of luxury business aviation.
Designed to operate on ultra-long-range routes, the Falcon 10X is expected to connect major global financial hubs with nonstop flights. According to the manufacturer, the aircraft will be capable of linking cities such as New York and Shanghai without refueling, highlighting its position among the most capable private jets currently under development.
One of the aircraft’s most distinctive features is its spacious interior. The jet has been designed with one of the largest cabins in the business aviation segment, offering passengers greater comfort and customization options. Industry observers say such features respond to growing demand among corporate clients and high-net-worth travelers seeking greater flexibility and luxury in long-distance travel.
With an estimated price of around 80 million dollars, the Falcon 10X is positioned in the premium category of the private aviation market. Through this launch, Dassault Aviation aims to strengthen its presence in a sector traditionally dominated by North American manufacturers.
The global business jet industry has seen renewed interest in recent years, driven by corporate travel needs and the increasing preference for private aviation among wealthy individuals seeking efficiency and privacy.
