Concentrix renews technopark partnership to boost Moroccan startups

Concentrix renewed its partnership with Technopark at GITEX Africa 2026 in Marrakech, extending a collaboration aimed at supporting Morocco’s startup ecosystem and accelerating early-stage ventures.

The agreement builds on a program launched one year ago. It was designed to provide structured support to emerging startups through incubation, mentoring, and access to business opportunities. Company officials said the initiative has already produced measurable outcomes.

Around fifteen startups were initially selected under the program. Five of them have since been shortlisted and are currently undergoing incubation within Technopark. These ventures operate across sectors including agriculture, banking, finance, and insurance, reflecting a diversified approach to innovation.

The initiative focuses on practical integration into the market. Participating startups receive support that goes beyond traditional incubation. They are introduced to potential clients and included in commercial processes such as bidding for contracts. This model allows startups to generate revenue while still in the development phase.

A distinctive feature of the program is its internal pipeline. Many of the entrepreneurs involved are current or former collaborators within Concentrix. The company supports their transition from employees to founders, positioning them to develop scalable business projects.

Executives described the approach as a way to link corporate resources with entrepreneurial ambition. By connecting startups to existing networks and clients, the program reduces barriers to market entry and shortens the path to commercialization.

Both partners plan to expand the initiative over the next year. The objective is to increase the number of supported startups and deepen the level of engagement. The expansion reflects a broader effort to strengthen Morocco’s position as a regional hub for innovation and digital entrepreneurship.

The announcement aligns with wider discussions at GITEX Africa 2026, where policymakers and industry leaders emphasized the need to turn support frameworks into concrete economic outcomes. The Concentrix and Technopark partnership illustrates how corporate involvement can help translate that objective into operational results.
