SRM Casablanca-Settat enhances customer access with expanded payment services
The SRM Casablanca-Settat has announced a series of new measures aimed at improving customer experience and strengthening its presence across the region. The initiative reflects a broader effort to modernize public utility services and make them more accessible to residents.
One of the key changes allows customers to pay their water and electricity bills at any customer service agency within the region, regardless of where their contract was originally registered. This measure eliminates the need for users to visit specific offices based on their service location, making the process more flexible and convenient.
The company has also expanded its payment ecosystem by offering multiple channels. In addition to its network of physical agencies, users can now rely on mobile service units, thousands of partner payment points, and digital solutions such as online platforms, mobile applications, and banking services. These options aim to reduce waiting times and simplify administrative procedures.
As part of its territorial development strategy, SRM Casablanca-Settat is increasing its physical presence, particularly in rural and underserved areas. New customer agencies have already been opened in several localities, with additional branches planned in the coming months to ensure better coverage.
Urban areas are also expected to benefit from expanded services, with new agencies scheduled to open in Casablanca. Meanwhile, mobile agencies continue to play a key role in reaching remote communities, offering essential services closer to residents.
By the end of 2026, the company aims to significantly increase the number of service points across the region. This expansion is designed to improve accessibility, enhance service quality, and strengthen the relationship between the provider and its customers.
Overall, these measures illustrate a growing commitment to modernization, digital transformation, and proximity-based service delivery in Morocco’s public utilities sector.
