Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech appoints Romain Jadot as hotel manager

Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech has announced the appointment of Romain Jadot as its new Hotel Manager, a strategic move aimed at strengthening the resort’s executive leadership team and reinforcing its position in the luxury hospitality sector.

A well-regarded professional in international luxury hospitality, Romain Jadot brings more than twelve years of experience within the Accor group, including several senior roles under the Fairmont brand. Between 2021 and 2025, he served for over four years as Hotel Manager at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where he oversaw large-scale operations in a globally renowned setting. He also acted as interim General Manager at Fairmont Royal Pavilion in Barbados.

Earlier in his career, Jadot held the position of Director of Operations at Sofitel Montréal Golden Mile, where he played a key role in improving overall hotel performance and developing talent. His professional journey has also taken him to other prestigious Accor properties, allowing him to work in demanding, multicultural environments.

With a strong academic background in law, complemented by specialized training in management, marketing, and luxury hospitality, Romain Jadot combines legal expertise with strategic vision. Educated at the University of Montesquieu Bordeaux IV, the University of Nice–Sophia Antipolis, and INSEEC Bordeaux Business School, he has further strengthened his profile through recent certifications in leadership, inclusion, compliance, and Fairmont’s service culture.

Known for his inspiring leadership, strong service mindset, and people-centered management approach, Jadot focuses on creating environments where operational excellence goes hand in hand with team engagement and authentic guest experiences.

At Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, he will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, supporting teams in their pursuit of excellence, and enhancing the guest journey in line with the resort’s identity and Fairmont’s brand values. His strategic vision and attention to detail are expected to further position the resort as a benchmark for contemporary luxury in Marrakech.
