Moroccan YouTuber Receives Prestigious Arab "Hope Makers" Award for Philanthropic Achievements

Moroccan philanthropist Amine Imnir was honored on Sunday for his exceptional humanitarian contributions, clinching the top prize at the annual Hope Makers Awards ceremony held in Dubai. In front of an audience of 12,000, including UAE Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Imnir was bestowed with the coveted title at the fourth edition of this esteemed award.

Through his AFTASS Association for Development and Cooperation, Amine Imnir has spearheaded numerous community projects aimed at providing crucial assistance to marginalized areas across Morocco. His initiatives encompass a wide array of endeavors, such as distributing over 800 animal sacrifices, drilling more than 100 water wells, planting 2,800 fruit trees, and conducting over 200 free surgeries for individuals in need. Additionally, his programs extend to offering food baskets, installing solar panels, constructing bridges, and providing medical aid to isolated rural communities lacking basic resources.

Amine Imnir's charitable initiatives are meticulously chronicled on his popular YouTube channel, where donations are also solicited to support ongoing relief efforts. Since 2020, his endeavors have positively impacted over 4,500 households through food assistance alone. Following the recent Al Haouz earthquake, Imnir's volunteers swiftly responded by setting up tents for the displaced victims.

In a remarkable demonstration of generosity, Sheikh Mohammed augmented the Hope Makers prize to four million UAE dirhams following the announcement of the four finalists. Alongside Amine Imnir, competitors from Iraq and Egypt were also chosen from a pool of over 58,000 nominees for their outstanding community service. While Iraq's Mohamed Al Najjar claimed the top spot, all finalists were equally acknowledged and financially rewarded for their exemplary humanitarian leadership and inspiration.

Amine Imnir's accolades epitomize the ethos of the Hope Makers initiative, which aims to uplift citizens across the Arab world through compassion and service. His socially-conscious advocacy continues to make a profound impact on numerous lives.
