Strengthening digital cooperation between Rabat and Washington
A recent meeting in Washington, D.C., between Morocco's Minister Delegate for Digital Transition, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, and U.S. officials marked a significant step in enhancing the Morocco-U.S. partnership in digital transition and technological innovation. Minister Seghrouchni, accompanied by Morocco's Ambassador to the United States, Youssef Amrani, engaged in talks at the U.S. State Department with Ambassador Steve Lang, who oversees cyberspace and digital policy. Minister Seghrouchni's subsequent meeting with Leila Elmergawi, Director of Global Strategy and Policy for AI, further emphasized Morocco's commitment to its "Digital Morocco 2030" strategy.
