As hybrid work models gain traction worldwide, a global study by Quorica on the future of work reveals that remote work is expected to rise from 36% to 44% by 2025. More than 40% of employees feel lost when it comes to using AI and indicate a lack of skills to fully harness its potential. However, the majority of leaders and workers support the need for training and upskilling. Many employees see AI as a means to improve job satisfaction and streamline tasks.
