Dawajine Aviculture Expo 2023: Fostering Poultry Excellence for Food Sovereignty
Casablanca, Morocco - The eagerly anticipated 24th edition of the Casablanca Poultry Expo, known as "Dawajine," is set to take place from November 28 to 30, 2023, at the Exhibition Center of the Office des Changes in Casablanca.
The event will be inaugurated by Mohammed Sadiki, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests. Under the theme "Poultry Farming, a Pillar of Food Sovereignty in Africa," this edition aims to bring together over 15,000 national and international visitors, along with 450 exhibitors and brands representing around twenty countries. Additionally, several delegations of professionals from African and foreign countries are expected to participate.
Over the course of three days, industry professionals and stakeholders will have the opportunity to share insights and deliberate on the future of Moroccan poultry farming. The discussions will extend beyond national borders, encompassing the poultry sector in North and West Africa.
The expo serves as an ideal platform for exchanging ideas on the development, consolidation, and strengthening of partnerships among African poultry professional federations. The overarching goal is to promote modern and sustainable poultry farming practices across the African continent.
As the poultry industry continues to play a crucial role in ensuring food security, Dawajine Aviculture Expo 2023 emerges as a pivotal event, fostering collaboration and innovation for the advancement of poultry farming not only in Morocco but throughout the broader African region.
