2M has unveiled its highly anticipated programming lineup for Ramadan 2025, offering viewers a rich blend of sitcoms, dramas, and iconic shows designed to create memorable moments of connection and entertainment. The channel promises an immersive television experience that celebrates the spirit of Ramadan while showcasing the talent and creativity of Moroccan artists and professionals.

This year, 2M reaffirms its commitment to delivering high-quality national productions that bring families together. Speaking on this occasion, Salim Cheikh, Director General of 2M, stated: "Once again, 2M remains true to its mission of uniting Moroccans through the best in national productions. Our carefully curated programming honors the spirit of sharing and togetherness that defines this blessed month while highlighting the ingenuity of Moroccan professionals at the heart of our public audiovisual offerings."

Sitcoms and dramas to captivate viewers

Kicking off the evening programming, the comedy sitcom Mabrouk Elina airs daily at 6:40 PM. Directed by Safaa Baraka, this family-focused sitcom follows the humorous trials of a young couple navigating parenthood amid the well-meaning but intrusive advice of their extended family. The show features an impressive cast of Moroccan comedic stars, including Aziz Hattab, Ibtissam Laaroussi, Adnane Mouhejja, and Saida Baadi, among others.

At 7:25 PM, the drama intensifies with Dem Lmechrouk, a social drama directed by Ayoub Lahnoud. This gripping series explores the fierce battle for control over a family farm following the death of a matriarch who helmed a livestock and butchery empire. The cast includes Meriem Zaimi, Dounia Boutazout, Abdellah Didane, Sandia Tajeddine, and many other prominent Moroccan actors.

The primetime slot at 8:10 PM features Charqui ou Gharbi, a dramatic tale of forbidden love between two members of rival families. Directed by Chaouki El Oufir, the series stars Aziz Hattab, Abdellah Didane, Nora Skalli, and Samia Akarriou, delivering a powerful narrative of romance and conflict.

Evening highlights: romance, heritage, and tradition

Later in the evening, starting at 9:45 PM, 2M offers a diverse array of weekly programming. Every Monday, viewers can enjoy Alhane Al Madi, a romantic drama directed by Yassine Fennane that intertwines the past and present through captivating storylines. Sunday nights bring Mesk Ellil, a historical romance set in the era of the corsairs of Salé. Directed by Hicham El Jebbari, this series transports viewers to a bygone era with a stellar cast, including Saad Mouaffak, Hanane Lkhider, and Mehdi Foulane.

Special features and Ramadan classics

Wednesdays are reserved for original telefilms, with five unique productions set to premiere: Damlij Zhirou, Hôtel Casafornia, Bent Al Am, Allayl Hina Yantahi, and Jihane. These telefilms embody the exceptional craftsmanship synonymous with 2M's Ramadan offerings.

The channel also brings back its most beloved shows. Culinary enthusiasts can tune into Le Meilleur Pâtissier Célébrités every Tuesday at 9:45 PM, while the popular talk show Bahat Istiraha airs on Saturdays. Fridays feature the much-anticipated return of the Rachid Show at 9:45 PM.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, 2M continues its tradition of broadcasting the prestigious Quran recitation competition Mawahib Fi Tajwid Al Quran Al Karim every Friday at 1:25 PM.
