Morocco U17: Nabil Baha calls up 24-man squad for African friendly contest  

Morocco’s U-17 national team coach, Nabil Baha, has announced a 24-player squad for the upcoming African friendly tournament, which will take place at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Rabat from February 18 to 22.

The Atlas Cubs are set to face strong African opponents, including Egypt, Senegal, and Zambia, as they prepare for the 2025 U17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which Morocco will host from March 30 to April 19.  

The squad features a combination of homegrown talent and European-based players, underscoring Morocco’s growing depth in youth football. Baha aims to build on the team’s recent success, including their victory at the Antalya Youth Cup in Turkiye, while fostering team chemistry ahead of the continental tournament.
