"It’s not training every day or playing every three days. To rest and see what we have done, what we can do better—that could be good for me."

Guardiola also spoke about the pressures of modern football, describing it as a continuous cycle that leaves little time for reflection. Despite this, he reassured fans that his immediate focus remains on City.

On the pitch, Guardiola faces challenges with his team struggling for consistency. City has won just one of its last nine matches and faces a crucial test in the Champions League against Juventus. The club currently sits 20th in the new 36-team group stage format, with only the top eight teams progressing automatically to the knockout stages.
