Moroccan Gem Royal Mansour Clinches Prestigious Hospitality Honor Ahead of Global Hotel Awards

In a stunning recognition of its exceptional service and attention to detail, Royal Mansour Marrakech has been awarded the esteemed "No. 3 Gin Art of Hospitality Award." This prestigious accolade sets the stage for the luxury Moroccan hotel's grand entrance at the upcoming "International 50 Best Hotels in the World Awards" ceremony, scheduled for September 17 in London.

Emma Sleight, content manager for The World's 50 Best Hotels, emphasized the significance of this achievement, particularly in light of recent challenges. "Royal Mansour Marrakech has long been a benchmark for hospitality," Sleight remarked. "This accomplishment, less than a year after the Marrakech-Safi earthquake, is particularly noteworthy. We are honored to celebrate this award, which reflects the hotel's resilience and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service despite adversity."

The selection process involved 600 voters from The World's 50 Best Hotels Academy, who were tasked with nominating the hotel that provided them with the most outstanding experience during the 18-month voting period. Voters considered factors such as the hotel's ambiance, unique experiential elements, and the warmth of hospitality offered.

Royal Mansour Marrakech distinguishes itself with its unique accommodation concept: instead of traditional rooms, guests reside in private riads. Conceived by King Mohammed VI, the 53 riads are masterfully integrated into lush gardens and showcase traditional architecture crafted by local artisans. The property offers a serene oasis within the vibrant city, featuring shaded corners under date palms, tranquil courtyards, and mosaic fountains. At the heart of the hotel lies its crown jewel: an expansive spa complete with a hammam and an array of holistic treatments.

Jean-Claude Messant, General Manager of Royal Mansour Collection, expressed his gratitude for the recognition: "It is a distinct honor for our flagship hotel to receive this award. This achievement is a testament to our exceptional staff, who consistently strive to offer the highest level of hospitality, ensuring that every guest departs with magical and unique memories of their stay."

The hotel's commitment to exceptional hospitality extends to its culinary offerings. Guests can indulge in a diverse range of dining experiences, including La Grande Brasserie and La Grande Table Marocaine, both under the guidance of renowned chef Helene Darroze; Sesamo, an opulent Italian eatery by the Alajmo brothers; and Le Jardin, which offers a Mediterranean-Asian fusion crafted by executive chef Jerome Videau.

As the International 50 Best Hotels in the World Awards establish a new benchmark for recognizing global accommodation excellence, Royal Mansour Marrakech stands poised to make its mark. This prestigious event celebrates the pinnacle of hospitality, highlighting establishments that offer unparalleled experiences, exceptional service, and distinctive charm.

With its recent accolade and upcoming presence at the awards ceremony, Royal Mansour Marrakech continues to solidify its position as a paragon of luxury hospitality, blending Moroccan tradition with world-class service in a truly unforgettable setting.
