The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Digital Exchange Program has officially opened applications for its 2025 edition, offering a distinctive 10-week online experience aimed at youth worldwide.

This year, the program centers on the theme of education, targeting teenagers aged 14-17 and young adults aged 18-24. Participants will develop essential leadership skills while connecting with peers in a transformative virtual setting.

Organizers emphasize that the program is designed to promote mutual understanding, peace, and global citizenship. Participants will engage in weekly dialogue sessions, interactive workshops, cultural exchange activities, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) courses.

“Through this program, we aim to enhance problem-solving skills, foster critical thinking, and raise young people's awareness of their potential as peace leaders and ambassadors,” stated the program's organizers.

The initiative promises an inclusive and global learning experience, where youth from diverse backgrounds can learn, share, and grow together.

Participants will engage in online discussions and video calls, take part in cultural exchange activities and webinars, and attend courses on project management, leadership, and public speaking. Additionally, they will have opportunities to improve their English skills and explore peacebuilding in a supportive environment.

The LOT program invites young people from all nationalities to apply for the 2025 online exchange experience by May 10. Organizers noted that past participants often describe the program as transformative. For instance, Estifanie, a 2020 alumna from the Philippines, described her experience as both informative and enjoyable.
