Heidi Klum continues to amaze fans of extravagant costumes. For Halloween, the German personality chose a rather unexpected transformation: slipping into a monumental replica of her own left hand. Unveiled at her traditional party held at the Cathedral restaurant in New York, this creation quickly drew attention for its realism and spectacular aesthetic.

The costume depicted a severed hand, complete with red nails, visible veins, and bloodied tendons. Only Heidi Klum's eyes and mouth were visible, creating the illusion that her face was hidden inside this strange anatomical sculpture.

To bring this transformation to life, Heidi Klum enlisted Mike Marino and his team from the special effects studio ProRenFX. The artists worked on a faithful reproduction of her hand, paying particular attention to proportions, textures, and anatomical details.

The idea reportedly sprouted a year prior, when the model was observing her left hand and wondered about the possibility of fitting her entire body inside it. An unusual technical challenge that required scans to design a realistic structure, yet adaptable enough to allow her to move.
