Hammouchi visits Saudi Arabia for World Defense Show engagement
Abdellatif Hammouchi, Director General of Morocco’s National Security and Territorial Surveillance (DGSN-DGST), is undertaking a working visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from February 8 to 12, accompanied by a high-level security delegation.
The visit, at the invitation of Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Al-Howairini, Head of State Security in Saudi Arabia, includes participation in the third edition of the World Defense Show held in Riyadh, according to a statement from DGSN-DGST.
During the event, Hammouchi and his delegation are exploring opportunities for global integration in the security and defense sectors, reviewing the latest technological innovations, and discussing advanced programs and applications available to security and defense authorities. The objective is to strengthen global security and stability.
In addition to attending exhibitions at the World Defense Show, Hammouchi held bilateral discussions with Saudi security officials to enhance cooperation in security and intelligence and to establish frameworks for mutual technical assistance.
The visit highlights DGSN-DGST’s growing emphasis on modernization and innovation in security to meet emerging challenges and future security needs. It also underscores Morocco’s ongoing commitment to strengthening strategic security partnerships with allied and friendly countries.
