The seventh edition of Les Impériales concluded recently in Casablanca, culminating another impactful event celebrating Moroccan identity, talent, and enterprise. With a record-breaking 275 communications industry professionals in attendance, this year's gathering explored the theme "THE MOROCCAN ID - INSPIRE. CREATE. EMPOWER" through insightful panels, workshops, and the highly anticipated "Les Etoiles" awards ceremony honoring the top ad campaigns of 2023.

One of the most well-received discussions focused on the path to prosperity of Morocco's top "Doers" - entrepreneurs who have achieved success through determination and drive. Wafaâ Ghiati, founder of cosmetics brand Olena, shared her experience as a woman in business. She emphasized the vital roles of diligence and passion in entrepreneurial triumph, stating "To be an entrepreneur in Morocco means having a tremendous work ethic, being totally committed to your craft, and loving what you do. I'm no smarter or luckier than anyone else - I'm a hard worker and I'm passionate."

Ghiati's message clearly resonated with the engaged audience at Les Impériales. For over a decade, the event has served as a premier gathering spot to celebrate Moroccan excellence across strategic communication fields. Even with record turnout this year, the intimate setting allowed insightful figures like Ghiati to personally impart wisdom on navigating industry challenges with grit and glowing enthusiasm for one's work. Les Impériales 2024 is already poised to continue cultivating fruitful exchange and discovery that showcase Moroccan dynamism and creativity at its finest.
