Casablanca is set to transform its urban landscape with the development of Casa Sud Station, a major new hub designed to combine mobility, public life, and architectural innovation. The project envisions the station not just as a transit point, but as a vibrant urban space fostering connection and community.

Spanning over 21,980 square meters, Casa Sud Station will become a central node for the city’s transport network, linking the historic core with modern extensions. Strategically located at the intersection of Boulevard Roudani, the El Jadida road, and the urban highway, the station will anchor the Nassim urban development project, improving accessibility and territorial cohesion across multiple neighborhoods.

Architecturally, the station will feature a monumental vaulted roof allowing natural light to illuminate interior spaces. A large esplanade connected to the tram network, a grand forecourt, and a 360-degree panoramic viewpoint will further integrate the station into the cityscape, creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Casa Sud also emphasizes sustainable construction, with prefabricated modules, optimized resource use, recyclable materials, and a reduced carbon footprint. Its 222-meter structural span represents a notable technical achievement, underscoring the project’s ambition to combine functionality with aesthetic and environmental responsibility.
