GITEX Africa Morocco 2025: A Major Milestone in Africa's Digital Transformation

The third edition of GITEX Africa Morocco, one of the largest tech and startup events in Africa, will take place from April 14 to 16, 2025, in Marrakech. Hosted under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the event is organized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, the Digital Development Agency (ADD), and KAOUN International.

GITEX Africa Morocco 2025 promises to be the most impactful edition yet, building on the success of previous years. It will feature industry-specific summits, innovative activations, and extensive networking opportunities. The event will focus on Africa's digital infrastructure, the emerging AI ecosystem, and cutting-edge technologies.

Among the key highlights is the Africa Future Connectivity Summit, which will bring together telecommunications, cloud computing, and data center leaders to discuss the impact of broadband expansion, 5G, and cloud advancements. Additionally, the Diaspora Studio will unite African innovators worldwide, unlocking investment opportunities and knowledge-sharing between the diaspora and local tech ecosystems.

The Moroccan government continues to support GITEX Africa, positioning Morocco as a leading digital hub. H.E. Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate in Charge of Digital Transition, highlighted Morocco’s commitment to accelerating Africa’s digital transformation. The event will also see the involvement of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which aims to drive sustainable investment and support Africa’s digital economy.

With over 1,400 exhibitors from 130+ countries, GITEX Africa Morocco 2025 will showcase innovations in AI, fintech, healthtech, smart cities, and more. This event is a key platform for fostering collaborations, investments, and partnerships that will drive Africa's technological future.
