Israel warns Iranians near military sites amid escalating strikes
On Sunday, Israel issued urgent evacuation warnings to civilians living near military weapons production sites in Tehran. This development comes amid intensifying missile exchanges between Israel and Iran that began on Friday.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz declared that Israeli forces would target these facilities to weaken Iran’s nuclear and military capabilities. “We will continue dismantling the Iranian threat — in Tehran and beyond,” Katz stated.
According to a military spokesperson, the evacuation alerts were directed at all Iranian weapons factories and their support infrastructure. These warnings were posted in Arabic and Farsi on the platform X.
This marks Israel’s most extensive offensive against Iran to date, aiming to prevent Tehran from advancing its nuclear program and to neutralize its ballistic missile arsenal.
