Fayçal Lahlou Nabil to spearhead Gentis’ Middle East and Africa operations

Gentis, a global executive search and recruitment firm, has appointed Fayçal Lahlou Nabil as Executive Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. In his new role, Nabil will lead the company’s operations across the region, focusing on driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Gentis’ regional footprint.

The firm emphasized its commitment to tailored recruitment solutions for companies worldwide, noting its strong presence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Gentis has built a reputation for recruiting and supporting senior executives across industries.

Nabil’s promotion follows a decade of leadership at Gentis, where he successfully managed the firm’s offices in Morocco and France. His appointment reflects the company’s strategy of developing internal talent to achieve its goal of becoming a global leader in executive recruitment.

A seasoned career in executive recruitment

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Nabil has cultivated expertise in recruitment and management. He began his career at MDA Resources, working as a Sales Executive and IT Recruitment Consultant. He later served as Business Development Manager in Brussels before joining Michael Page, where he held several senior roles in Belgium and Morocco, including Executive Manager and Senior Executive Manager.

Nabil joined Gentis in November 2023 as Executive Director for France and Morocco, where he successfully enhanced the company’s market position in these regions. His leadership contributed to Gentis’ growth and strengthened its reputation in executive search services.

A vision for regional excellence

In his new capacity, Nabil will lead teams across the MEA region, implement strategic initiatives, and oversee business development. His focus will be on fostering internal talent and enhancing Gentis’ position as a premier executive recruitment firm in the region.

Nabil holds a degree from ISFCE, a French business and management school. His extensive professional background and leadership skills make him well-equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities in the MEA market.

Gentis’ appointment of Nabil underscores its commitment to leveraging experienced leadership to expand its global influence and meet the evolving needs of its clients.
