Dutch Football Strengthens Youth Ranks with Moroccan-Dutch Coach Adil Ramzi
The Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) announced on Monday the appointment of Moroccan coach Adil Ramzi, 46, as the new coach for the Netherlands Under-18 national team. This strategic move aims to retain young Dutch-Moroccan talent within its ranks.
Ramzi, who previously led Wydad AC, will take over from Dutch coach Mischa Visser on July 1 and will prepare the team for upcoming European competitions. Nigel de Jong, General Director of the KNVB, praised Ramzi's personality, describing him as a valuable asset to the Dutch national teams.
