Copytop marks 50 years with nationwide two month campaign

French printing and communication services company Copytop is marking its 50th anniversary with a two month national campaign aimed at thanking customers and highlighting the value of local service in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Founded in 1976, the independent company has continued to grow despite the widespread shift toward digital communication. With a network of 43 agencies across France and an omnichannel operating model, Copytop says it has maintained relevance by combining physical communication services with personalized client support.

The anniversary campaign, launched on March 4, emphasizes the company’s long standing relationships with customers and partners. According to chief executive Jérôme Niel, Copytop’s longevity is closely tied to client loyalty.

“If Copytop is celebrating 50 years today, it is above all thanks to our customers,” Niel said. He noted that some clients have worked with the company for decades, describing relationships that have followed individuals from their student years to positions as business leaders.

The campaign includes in store displays across the company’s physical locations as well as expanded digital communication. The initiative is designed to celebrate the brand’s history while reinforcing its continued presence both online and in local communities.

As digital platforms reshape the communication services industry, Copytop has focused on maintaining a hybrid model that blends online ordering with personalized support in neighborhood agencies. The company argues that direct consultation and operational responsiveness remain important advantages in business communication services.

The firm’s strategy relies on placing production facilities close to business clients in major city centers. Today, Copytop operates a fully integrated network of 43 agencies supported by a 2,000 square meter production facility operating continuously to meet tight deadlines.

With around 200 employees, the company provides services ranging from signage and large format printing to personalized objects and textile products. Its structure combines the capabilities of a modern e commerce platform with the expertise of an in house graphic design studio.

Copytop says this model allows it to serve a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, while maintaining the responsiveness and technical support associated with local production.
