Andersen consulting strengthens digital transformation capabilities with Weexa
Andersen Consulting has announced a major strategic collaboration with Weexa, a global player specializing in B2B integration flows and supply chain digitalization. The partnership aims to enhance Andersen’s technological offering while supporting companies in the deep modernization of their digital ecosystems.
Originally part of the Eumatech group founded in 2002 in Casablanca, Weexa has expanded its presence across four continents. Its Moroccan subsidiary, based in Casablanca Finance City and led by Malik Touimi Benjelloun, remains a cornerstone of the group’s global operations. The company delivers end-to-end services, ranging from EDI and API integration to electronic invoicing—approved by French tax authorities—as well as optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS).
Weexa operates in key sectors such as agribusiness, automotive, healthcare, and logistics, helping major corporations navigate an increasingly complex and demanding digital regulatory environment.
A synergy focused on compliance and performance
According to Jérôme Fleury, CEO of Weexa, the alliance marks a significant milestone. He emphasized that combining Weexa’s expertise in electronic invoicing with Andersen Consulting’s legal and tax capabilities enables the delivery of secure, comprehensive solutions tailored to modern business challenges.
For his part, Mark L. Vorsatz, CEO of Andersen, highlighted that the partnership strengthens the firm’s ability to provide integrated technology consulting solutions on a global scale. In a context shaped by artificial intelligence-driven transformation and tightening regulations, the collaboration is expected to help companies improve operational efficiency while ensuring the security of their infrastructures.
As part of Andersen Global’s multidimensional service model, Andersen Consulting offers expertise in consulting, tax, legal services, valuation, global mobility, and advisory services. The organization brings together more than 50,000 professionals worldwide and maintains a strong international presence through its member and partner firms.
