Al Omrane enhances commercial strategy to boost performance and impact

The public housing and urban development holding, Al Omrane, is embarking on an extensive modernization of its commercial and marketing functions. This initiative aims to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and debt recovery while establishing a cohesive brand architecture and a more efficient communication framework.

As part of a broader strategic transformation, the project seeks to strengthen the group’s marketing, commercial, and recovery efforts, enhance the value of its products and projects, and improve the effectiveness of its sales, customer loyalty, and recovery measures. Additionally, Al Omrane aims to unify and energize its brand and sub-brand strategies to improve overall communication and client relations coherence.

The group's efforts include a comprehensive assessment and optimization of its existing systems across its holding and subsidiaries. This will involve designing an integrated strategy to improve commercial performance through better segmentation and actionable measures, creating a distinctive brand architecture aligned with institutional and commercial ambitions, and fortifying its financial health through an efficient debt recovery system.

Revitalizing Chrafate's green city vision

Al Omrane is also reigniting the residential development of the Green City of Chrafate, located near Tangier. Following its industrial consolidation, the project has entered a pivotal phase focusing on housing and quality of life. The goal is to transform Chrafate into a vibrant, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable city.

This modernization signals a decisive step for Al Omrane as it strengthens its role as a strategic public operator. The initiative will enhance the group’s agility, performance, and citizen engagement, ensuring alignment between its institutional, commercial, and societal objectives.

A leader in urban and housing development

Al Omrane, under the supervision of Morocco’s Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, is the country’s leading public entity for urban development and housing. Established in 2007 through the merger of three public housing operators, the group builds approximately 20,000 housing units annually and has expanded internationally with its first office in Paris. Its mission includes combating substandard housing, urban renewal, and territorial development, leveraging over four decades of expertise to drive Morocco’s housing and urban policies.
