Established in 2007 through the merger of three public housing operators, the group builds approximately 20,000 housing units annually and has expanded internationally with its first office in Paris. Its mission includes combating substandard housing, urban renewal, and territorial development, leveraging over four decades of expertise to drive Morocco’s housing and urban policies.
