Moroccan Triumph in Karting: Roaring Glory in the Mena Nations Cup 2023 Championship
In a dazzling display of skill and determination, the Moroccan national karting team emerged victorious at the 2023 Mena Nations Cup, a prestigious event hosted in Qatar from December 12-16, with the esteemed backing of the International Automobile Federation. With a robust 16-driver delegation spanning all competition categories, Morocco secured the top spot, outpacing formidable rivals from the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, who settled for second and third places, respectively.
Highlighting individual prowess, Nahil El Gahoudi and Nadir Kabbage stood out by claiming victory in the Micromax and DD2 Master categories, showcasing their exceptional talent on the track. Meanwhile, Kamil Benchekroun made a triumphant return, securing the third position in the fiercely contested Mini Max category. The team event witnessed yet another commendable feat as the Moroccan duo of Tarik Almou and Ilias Fouquet secured a well-deserved second place, narrowly trailing behind the host country, Qatar. This collective achievement cements Morocco's position as a powerhouse in the world of karting.
