The Moroccan Contribution to Regional Security Exercises
Morocco is among the participating countries in the NATO-led regional staff exercise Regex 2024, which is taking place in Moldova from July 8 to 19, according to a press release from the Moldovan Ministry of Defense. Around thirty military representatives from several countries, including Morocco, will take part in this seminar organized under the auspices of NATO.

Countries from the African Union (Ghana and Benin) will also be represented.
This workshop is expected to train the military personnel in Western standards of planning, crisis management, capacity building, and evaluation of the level of interoperability of forces in a multinational environment. Instructors from the NATO Allied Command Operations will train the participants.
The exercise aims to enhance the participants' skills in areas such as planning, crisis management, and force interoperability.
