Four Alleged IS Militants Charged with Terrorism Following Shocking Moscow Concert Massacre
In the grim aftermath of the shocking massacre at Moscow's Crocus City Hall, four men suspected of perpetrating the deadly attack on behalf of the Islamic State (IS) militant group now face severe terrorism charges.
