Thrilling Draw between Real Madrid and Manchester City in Champions League
Real Madrid and Manchester City played to a thrilling 3-3 draw in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals on Tuesday at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Madrid.
The Citizens opened the scoring just 2 minutes into the match thanks to Bernardo Silva, before the Merengues scored two goals through Ruben Dias (own goal, 12th) and Rodrygo (14th). Manchester City then regained the lead with goals from Phil Foden (66th) and Josko Gvardiol (71st). Federico Valverde allowed Real Madrid to equalize in the 79th minute.
The second leg will take place on Wednesday, April 17, at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.
