Digital tools reshaping academic research in Beni Mellal

An international seminar on the role of digital technologies in advancing scientific research will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Beni Mellal. The event, themed "Supporting research in the digital age for a sustainable professional career," is designed for researchers, educators, and students, aiming to explore how digital tools are revolutionizing academic methods and career paths.

Organized by the Laboratory of Applied Research in Language, Art, Literature, and Cultural Representations (L.R.A.L.L.A.R.C) in collaboration with the Eurêka Association for Research and Studies in Language, Literature, and Identity, the seminar will focus on emerging digital practices. It seeks to highlight innovative approaches and technologies that are transforming the landscape of academic research and providing new opportunities for professional growth.

The seminar will feature a keynote presentation by Professor Carole Edwards from Texas Tech University in the United States. Drawing on her extensive international experience, Professor Edwards will share insights into effective research strategies for the digital age. Discussions will be moderated by Professor Mounir Oussikoum, a senior academic at Sultan Moulay Slimane University.

Held in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Beni Mellal, the event will provide a platform for the university community to engage in meaningful dialogue about the challenges and opportunities of conducting research in an increasingly digital world.
