3. Documentation: Applications must include a descriptive statement of products and raw materials, along with pro forma invoices from suppliers.  
4. Certification: Upon approval, the Tax Administration will issue electronic VAT exemption certificates.

Importers of school supplies must adhere to specific guidelines:

- Submit a commitment to the Customs and Indirect Tax Administration.
- Declare that imported supplies will be used exclusively for educational purposes.
- Obtain a "VAT-Exempt Import" certificate, valid for the year of issuance.
