Hakim Ziyech's triumphant return to full fitness marks a significant uplift for both his Turkish club and the Moroccan national team. The talented midfielder has resumed training with Galatasaray after overcoming a debilitating ankle injury that had sidelined him for weeks.

Reports from Turkish media outlets indicate that Ziyech has completed his recovery and is poised to make a resounding comeback for Galatasaray, commencing with a pivotal showdown against Besiktas in the highly anticipated Istanbul derby on March 3rd. Esteemed journalist Kaya Temel, known for his close ties with Galatasaray, has confirmed through social media that head coach Okan Buruk has already begun preparations with a squad that includes Ziyech.

Beyond bolstering his club's lineup, Ziyech's return also paves the way for his reinstatement into the Moroccan national team for their imminent friendly matches later this month. Morocco is slated to face Angola on March 22nd followed by a match against Mauritania four days later, as they gear up for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations hosted in their homeland and the subsequent 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

Ziyech's ankle injury initially occurred during Morocco's Africa Cup of Nations group stage encounter against Zambia back in January, causing him to miss their subsequent last-16 clash against South Africa. In his absence, Galatasaray encountered difficulties in the Turkish top flight, dropping five crucial points in the league standings without their star playmaker.

His resurgence in full training brings a much-needed boost for both his club and country ahead of pivotal fixtures. With Ziyech reportedly eager to return to action after overcoming his injury setbacks, expectations are soaring that he will play a pivotal role in Galatasaray's pursuit to maintain their Super Lig lead and provide significant contributions to Morocco's preparations for major international tournaments.
