Canadian digital services giant, TELUS International, has recently broadened its global influence with the establishment of a new delivery center in Casablanca, Morocco. This expansion signifies the company's keen interest in harnessing the skills of Morocco's proficient and multilingual talent pool to enhance client services and make a positive local contribution.

Setting a new standard for environmental responsibility, the TELUS International site in Casablanca has achieved triple green building certification for sustainability. Notably, the facility boasts 2,000 square meters of solar panels on its roof, generating more energy than it consumes.

During the inauguration ceremony, TELUS executives expressed their enthusiasm for tapping into Morocco's "young, educated, and highly skilled digital natives" who are adept in multiple languages. Jeff Puritt, the President and CEO of TELUS International, highlighted the strategic importance of this expansion in meeting client demands for diversified AI, multilingual support, and trust and safety services.

Vice President Anthony Lacopo conveyed the company's confidence in achieving sustainable growth in Morocco, emphasizing the potential for positive economic and community impact. This move aligns with TELUS International's commitment to responsible global growth and presence, emphasizing sustainability and positive societal contributions.

With the new delivery center in Morocco, TELUS International aims to capitalize on the country's talent pool to better serve clients in Europe and North America. This strategic location complements the company's existing network of over 70 sites worldwide, covering 50 languages.
