Spain, Guest of Honor at the International Agriculture Fair in Morocco
ICEX Spain Export and Investments, in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, have organized Spain's participation in SIAM, which this year has been selected as the guest of honor country and features an official pavilion bringing together 35 Spanish companies, marking a record participation.
The Spanish pavilion at SIAM 2024 is divided into two sections: a part in the international pavilion with 444 square meters, and another in the agro-supply pavilion with 100 square meters, totaling 544 square meters. This space will be a meeting point to showcase the strength of the sector, fostering collaboration and commercial relations between Moroccan and Spanish companies. Additionally, a welcome cocktail will take place on the opening day, serving as a networking point for Spanish companies and sector experts, facilitating the creation of contacts and potential collaborations.
During the fair week, Spain will actively participate in the conferences that will take place, addressing key topics such as agricultural innovation, sustainability, climate change, water management, and new technologies.
On April 23rd, from 15:00 to 17:00 hours, the conferences titled "Smart Irrigation & Crop Innovation" will be held, with the presence of experts from Spain and Morocco.
