Putin Praises Veterans’ Resilience at Abilympics Championship in Kazan

His remarks were delivered in a message read by Deputy Minister of Education Vladimir Zhilonkin during the opening ceremony of the Abilympics professional skills championship, held in Kazan. The event is dedicated to veterans and participants who sustained severe injuries while performing their duties.
