Attendees at this pivotal gathering included the Minister of Interior, Minister of Equipment and Water, Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Minister of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, Minister of Tourism, Crafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, Minister of Transport and Logistics, and the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget.

Joining these key figures were the Walis and Presidents of Regional Councils from the regions slated to host World Cup matches, along with representatives from municipal councils within these regions, underscoring the nationwide commitment to this endeavor.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Interior, the meeting focused on fostering coordination among all ministerial departments involved, establishing a unified system of joint action, and implementing an integrated roadmap.
