Merely a day earlier, another Israeli strike on a refugee camp claimed the lives of 45 Palestinians, an incident Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu labeled a "tragic mistake." Over the course of three weeks, an overwhelming 1 million Palestinians have fled the city, seeking refuge from the relentless turmoil.
